Four separate axes
The versioned assessment separates compatibility of presence, conditional deterioration, current urgency and confidence. A versioned engine of deterministic rules sets these bands from traceable evidence; no AI model determines or adjusts them. It shows no percentages because no externally calibrated and validated model exists.
The AI summary of paid reports only explains the assessment that has already been validated and is immutable: deterministic safeguards check that it changes no band or urgency and adds no figures. The result keeps explicit uncertainty, provenance and mandatory technical review before a new version is activated in production.
Evidence, coverage and sources
Unknown, not found, source unavailable, unsupported territory, conflicting and a substantiated negative are different states. Every critical fact keeps its provenance, date, scope, state and quality.
Coverage varies by source and territory. Araba/Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa are consulted through the NORA street gazetteer, the provincial cadastres and the Basque ITE register (Euskoregite); Navarre requires a provincial adapter. Consult Sources and coverage before interpreting an absence.
Limits and urgency
HOUSINGFAX provides a preliminary screening. It does not replace an inspection, a diagnosis, a test, a certificate or a safety opinion.
Faced with significant deformation, falling material, a serious defect or possible danger, do not wait for the result: prudently restrict exposure and contact competent personnel or the emergency services as the case requires.
